At this stage in our growth, it makes sense for us to pursue a separate development arm for our business which is why we established Whelan Developments UK Limited.

Most recently we have completed some great projects including Simonside Industrial Estate and The Bulrushes, Boldon. We’re also working on East Quay 5, a four storey office development on Newcastle Quayside and a transformation of New Bridge Street (previously our HQ).

This is just the start. We will continue to build on our successful track record and we are looking forward to more exciting future projects and expansion.

We will continue our long standing relationships with local developers, expand our impressive network of current contacts in the property sector and maintain our reputation for delivering quality projects, in budget and on time. It’s also a great opportunity for us to explore joint ventures with new and existing clients to work on dynamic and exciting projects which will benefit from shared expertise.
